Getting approved for a credit card is not as simple as it sounds or reads in the advertisements. Keep in mind that by granting a credit card they are also lending you cash to spend. Everyone, regardless of age, can apply for a credit card. All that is required is to have a bank account, a way of earning money, few outstanding bills, and you repay whatever you borrow in a timely fashion and your payments are never late.
